A federal judge in Pennsylvania, Democrat Joe Biden, has ruled out a run-off election victory of the state with more than 80,000 votes.
U.S. District Judge Matthew Brain on Saturday rejected President Donald Trump’s request for 20 state ballots.
Those votes would still not be enough to give Trump a second chance. Before the election, the provinces of Pennsylvania took different approaches to how to fill out ballot papers and how to respond to technical problems.
He argued that Trump’s campaign violated the US Constitution.
