Orleans County, New Orleans County Sheriff’s Office In October, the National Drug Enforcement Day will host drive-drama celebrations.
On Saturday, October 24, the Sheriff’s Office will collect medicines and sharps from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The sheriff’s office says taking drugs, such as prescription drugs, can significantly reduce the risk of drug abuse and abuse.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, the delegates collect their vehicles from the participants. The sheriff’s office requires all who wish to attend the event to wear a face mask.
The event is in partnership with the U.S. Department of Justice – Drug Enforcement Administration, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office and the Orleans County Department of Public Health.
