Hartland, New York – A man was slightly injured in a fire in a private garage in Hartland on Saturday afternoon.
The center sent by the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office to the fire at 2,900 on Carmen Road at 1:13 p.m.
Upon arrival, sheriff’s representatives and Middleport Village Police Department officials found a 40-foot, 50-foot wooden garage engulfed in flames. Volunteer firefighters from Hallport, Hartland, Barker, Shelby and Regway helped put out the blaze.
Several vehicles and several propane tanks were in common garage, according to the Nagara County Sheriff’s Office.
A resident with a minor injury was found at a three-city ambulance company.
The sheriff’s office described the structure and contents as “complete loss” and said an investigation was under way
