The village of Lewiston is encouraging them to engage in malpractice-or-treatment this year as long as 19 safety precautions, such as social distance, are implemented.
“Well, the governor says we are allowed to treat malice and if they stay socially it should not be a problem, and candy should not be distributed. I hope everyone is careful, so there are not many contacts,” said Mayor An Welch.
Due to the epidemic, the village is doing a few things this year in a very special way. Deception or treatment hours end one hour earlier. And the annual village is replaced by a Halloween party – a tragic hunt outside the house.
In the village of Louisston, deception or treatment will take place from 4 a.m. to 7 p.m.
