Buffalo, New York – Two people were injured in a car crash on a statue in Niagara Square on Thursday morning.
Early Thursday morning, a car crashed into a McKinley statue in the center of Niagara Square near the town hall. Police said the car was traveling at high speed on Delaware Street before the statue was struck.
Buffalo Police Captain Jeff Rinaldo tells Side 2 The driver of the vehicle and the female passenger were seriously injured.
No roads were closed due to the problem.
