Buffalo, New York (WKBW) – For the second straight year for both Buffalo St. Patrick’s Day rallies canceled Due to COVID-19.

“We can’t celebrate our heritage for two years in a row,” said Peg Ordorf, executive director of the Valley Community Association, which runs the “Old Neighborhood” St. Patrick’s Day rally.
