Affected areas are required to boil water during the ECWA’s water quality inspection following a major water outage.
ORCARD PARK, New York – The Ari County Water Authority on Saturday issued a hot water announcement to parts of the affected Hamburg and Orcard Park watershed.
The ad applies to the following areas
- To the North Armor Road
- South to Shamrock Court / South Abbot Road
- Drive west to Okrij
- Crossing the road to the east to the shield road and forces
ECWA requires residents of the restricted areas to boil tap water before using it or use bottled water for drinking, washing dishes, brushing teeth and using food.
Boiling water advertising is the result of Saturday’s main water break near Ery County sites in Hamburg between Sambuck Park Avenue and Clark Avenue.

According to officials, the boiler will probably last for the next 24 hours or until the problem is resolved. Residents will be told when tests show that you no longer need to boil your water.
